What data is collected, and why
When you request a guide, I collect your email address, the guide you requested, and the timestamps of your signup and your confirmation. This data is used to give you immediate access to the download on this page and, once confirmed via double opt-in, to email you when a new guide is published. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you request the guide. Before any regular guide emails start, you will receive a separate confirmation email (double opt-in).
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising scripts.
Where the data lives
Your data is stored with EU-based hosting and database providers under data processing agreements. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting me directly. You also have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (dsb.gv.at).
